Orders are checked and packed with care in Sydney. Most items are pre-ordered especially for you, helping us offer more colours, styles and series.

Are the products in stock?
Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, products are sold on a pre-order basis.
How long will my order take?
The estimated dispatch time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the order date. This is the time before dispatch, not the postal delivery time. After stock arrives, orders are normally packed and dispatched within two business days.
Can I create my own bundle?
Yes. Add any three or more eligible squishies to your cart from anywhere in the store. A$2 off EACH eligible squishy applies automatically when the conditions are met — 3 eligible squishies save A$6, 4 save A$8, and 5 save A$10.
Do I receive a free gift?
Every order receives one free random squishy. One gift is provided per order and the style is selected at random, subject to availability.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
You may request cancellation before dispatch. A reasonable deduction may apply only where non-refundable costs have already been incurred, capped at 20% of the cancelled product value. No fee applies if Lumi Squishy cannot supply the item or a refund is required by law.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. Squishies are tactile products and may not be suitable for resale after being handled or squeezed. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or incorrectly described products.
Can I change my address?
Yes. Address changes are free before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
What if my parcel is not collected?
If a parcel is returned as unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed, you may pay the applicable postage to have it sent again. If you do not request redelivery, the remaining product value will be refunded after deducting the original shipping, return-to-sender charges and other reasonable non-refundable costs caused by the failed delivery.

Shipping Policy
Pre-order dispatch time
Unless otherwise stated, Lumi Squishy products are sold by pre-order. The estimated dispatch time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the order date. This is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Processing after stock arrives
Once stock arrives with Lumi Squishy, orders are normally checked, packed and dispatched within two business days.
Delivery time
Postal delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the carrier, destination, delivery address and local postal conditions. Lumi Squishy cannot guarantee a particular arrival date after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Australia-wide shipping
Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Australian orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal over A$55 receive free standard shipping.
Tracking
Where tracked delivery is used, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting parcels where required.
Incorrect addresses
Address changes are free before dispatch. After dispatch, redirection cannot be guaranteed and any additional postage or carrier fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Returned or uncollected parcels
Returned parcels may be resent after the customer pays the new postage charge. If redelivery is not requested, Lumi Squishy will refund the remaining product value after deducting original shipping, return-to-sender charges and other reasonable, non-refundable costs caused by the failed delivery. These deductions do not apply where the failed delivery was caused by Lumi Squishy or where they conflict with applicable consumer rights.
Returns and remedies
Refund Policy
Change-of-mind returns
Lumi Squishy does not accept returns or exchanges because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong item, no longer wants the product or has handled, squeezed or used it. Tactile products may no longer be suitable for resale after handling.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Email lumisquishy6@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos or video. Photos of the external packaging may also be requested for delivery damage.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Return postage
Where a return is reasonably required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, Lumi Squishy will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return postage where required.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

Cancellation requests made before dispatch are governed by the Pre-order Policy.

After stock arrives
Pre-ordered stock is checked, packed and normally dispatched within two business days after arriving with Lumi Squishy.
Possible delays
Supplier, production, customs, freight or other delays outside our reasonable control may affect the estimate. We will provide an update if we become aware of a significant delay.
Customer cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing lumisquishy6@gmail.com. If non-refundable costs have already been incurred in securing or processing the order, a reasonable cancellation deduction may apply. The deduction will not exceed 20% of the cancelled product value.
No cancellation fee applies if Lumi Squishy cancels the order, cannot supply the product, the delay becomes unreasonable, or a refund is required by law.
Cancellation after dispatch
An order cannot be cancelled once dispatched. The Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights will then apply.
Mixed-availability orders
If an order includes products with different availability dates, the entire order may be dispatched together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.

1. Business information

2. Products
We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and other information accurately. Minor differences in colour, texture, shape, scent, painting, packaging, handmade details or manufacturing details may occur. Squishies are not edible and customers must follow product warnings and age guidance.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Genuine pricing or listing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted or dispatched; affected customers will be offered the corrected price or a refund.
4. Orders and pre-orders
An order may be cancelled and refunded if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an order appears fraudulent, a clear listing error occurred or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. Pre-orders are governed by the Pre-order Policy.
5. Promotions
Promotions are subject to their displayed conditions and availability. Every order receives a maximum of one free random squishy. Create Your Own Bundle requires at least three eligible items and provides A$2 off EACH eligible squishy automatically when the conditions are met.
6. Shipping, returns and consumer rights
Customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate delivery information. Shipping and returned parcel arrangements are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Website use and intellectual property
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software or commercially copy Lumi Squishy branding, original images or written content without permission.
8. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi Squishy is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were caused by matters outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth laws.
